This is the my favorite chicken liver recipe it’s so easy, quick and anybody can do it. It’s a low-calorie, low-carb meal so we are free to change and add ingredients.

Tweaks

  •  Add toast and mashed chickpeas blended with tahini as a dipping it tastes AMAZING!

  • Chop and add it to a pasta sauce or bowl of chicken noodle soup to richen your meal.
  • Try this recipe with beef liver instead of chicken liver using same other ingredients.

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir livers for 3 to 5 minutes in the hot skillet until cooked.

Add olive oil, lemon juice, and salt to livers & gently stir.
