1 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup cheddar cheese Grated
1 Head Boston lettuce
2 Tomatoes plum, sliced
1/2 Red Onions sliced
6 Pickles sliced
1/2 cup light mayo or sour cream (sauce)
1 tbsp BBQ Sauce (sauce)
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder (sauce)
1/2 tsp Paprika (sauce)

Grilled Burger Lettuce Wraps

Some nutrients are so strict about burgers saying it’s a one in a month meal, or it should be your cheat meal. Well with this recipe you can enjoy eating delicious burgers as long as you don’t get pass your total calorie intake.

Lettuce wraps are not popular for nothing. They are low carb to no carb based on the other ingredients and they still taste amazing. Lettuce wraps are very suitable for Fat Diets like Keto diet and regular old school calorie diets too.

adding some pickles minimize the sauce amount to decrease more calories.

Saute the onions or grill them a little after taking the burgers off the grill, makes it even more tasty. Try that with tomato slices and chili pepper too!

Preheat the grill to med-high.
Mix the light mayo, BBQ sauce, garlic powder and paprika for the sauce together and slice veggies.

Mix salt and pepper into ground beef, mixing well to combine.
Form 8 evenly-sized very thin (1/4 inch) patties and place onto grill, grilling each side for 1-2 minutes.
Remove from grill and add cheese to one patty, then stack with another patty and top with more cheese.

Lay lettuce leaves on plates and top with two slices of pickles and two slices of tomatoes.
Add beef patties with melted cheese, and top with red onions
Put the sauce and serve hot!
