Rinse potatoes in cold water and then peel the skins off and cut into pieces. Put potatoes, 1Tbsp salt in boiling water. When the potatoes are all the way cooked, mash them till smooth. |

Put mashed potatoes in a pot and add heavy cream, butter. Then season with salt and pepper. |

After mixing with cream and butter, gradually add mozzarella cheese in low heat and stir well. |
